By creating an account or using NapAndNote ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NapAndNote is a baby care tracking application that allows parents and caregivers to log feeding sessions, sleep patterns, and diaper changes. The Service is provided for informational and personal tracking purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of tracking baby care activities. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious content
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service

5. Subscriptions and Billing

The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

6. Your Data

We use a limited number of third-party service providers to operate, maintain, and deliver the Service (including hosting, email delivery, push notifications, and payment processing). 8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss of data or inability to access the Service during downtime.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that the information provided will be accurate or complete. The Service is not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NapAndNote and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email before making material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
